Action

Over two academic quarters, we wrote a 192 page course reader for Code in Place. The reader covers a range of topics from variables, control flow, and scope, to more advanced subjects like graphics, file reading, and objects.

Result

Thousands of Code in Place students had access to this reader to enhance their learning during the course. Several computer science courses at Stanford have expressed interest in using this course reader as an introduction to Python, and there is potential that the reader will be implemented into other computer science programs outside of Stanford.
